I’m so excited to create something amazing with you. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a welcome email with your contract and session invoice.

When you booked, you should have been prompted to pay a $250 retainer to reserve your session date — this amount goes toward your full session price.

🗓 The remaining balance is due 14 days before your session.
💳 Retainers are non-refundable and must be paid upon booking in order to reserve your session date.

Yes! Payment plans are available for Deluxe Sessions booked by January 2025.

A small 3% convenience fee will apply and is calculated based on the total amount of your plan. I use a secure service called PayThen to set up your custom monthly payments.

Once we decide on the schedule that works best for you, you’ll receive a personalized link to enroll.
Your final payment must be completed by April 1 of your senior year, and your senior images will be delivered once your balance is paid in full.  

✈️ Travel options are based on the session type you book. Each package includes a specific travel radius to keep things smooth and simple.

-ESSENTIAL SESSION includes travel within Lafourche and Terrebonne parishes.

-CLASSIC SESSION includes travel up to 1 hour — covering areas like New Orleans, Morgan City as well as Lafourche and Terrebonne parish

-DELUXE SESSION is your pass to dream locations! It includes travel up to 2.5 hours, perfect for destinations like Rip Van Winkle Gardens, Jungle Gardens at Avery Island, Afton Villa Gardens and St. Francisville area locations, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Mississippi locations: Bay St. Louis, Biloxi and Ocean Springs

🧑‍🎓 COLLEGE Senior Sessions Exception
If you're a college senior attending an out-of-area school (like LSU, Tulane, or Southeastern) and you're booking the Essential Session, I do offer limited travel for a flat fee of $100–$150, depending on distance. Reach out and I’ll confirm the exact amount based on your campus location.

📅 Rescheduling Policy
Life happens — I totally get it! If you need to reschedule your session, please reach out as soon as possible so I can help you secure a new date.

I kindly ask that reschedules be limited to major illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable school conflicts. Because of the high demand for senior sessions and my limited calendar, cancellations made within 48 hours of your session may result in a $150 cancellation fee and the loss of your retainer.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Session Balance Due Date
Please note that your original session balance due date will not change if you reschedule.
Your final payment is still due 2 weeks prior to your originally scheduled session date — no exceptions.

Failure to pay by that deadline may result in cancellation of your session and forfeiture of your retainer.

🖥️  Image Delivery & Selection Timeline
Every image you receive is professionally edited with care so that your photos look polished and natural. 

Here’s what to expect after your session:

Unedited Proof Gallery
You’ll receive an online proof gallery within 5 business days of your session. From there, you'll select your favorite images based on the number included in your package (or more if you'd like to upgrade!).

Final Edited Gallery
Once your selections are in, your fully retouched final images will be delivered within:
4–6 weeks during busy season
3–4 weeks during slower months

Quality takes time, and I want you to fall in love with every single image. I appreciate your patience while I create something truly special just for you!

🖼️ Print Orders & Product Timeline
If you have a print credit to use or just want to order from my À La Carte menu, your print order is due within 2 weeks of your online gallery going live. This helps ensure everything is processed on time — especially for graduation gifts!

📌 Deluxe Package Clients:
Your session includes a $200 print credit — be sure to use it! Print credit must also be applied within 2 weeks of gallery delivery, so don’t miss out.

🖨️ Most custom print products are ready for pickup within 2–4 weeks after your order is placed and paid in full.
📚 Album design can take up to 6 weeks, depending on customization and proof approval time.
