Yay! Congrats on booking your Senior Session! Within 2 business days, you will receive a welcome email which will include your online contract and session package invoice. Your invoice payments will be automatically set to have a retainer fee due now and your ses­sion balance due 14 days before your session. Retainer fees are non-refundable and are due in full within 2 days of receiving your welcome email in order to keep your booked session date. 

Yes, a payment plan is available for Deluxe Sessions if you book by January 2025. A 3% convenience fee will be charged and calculated by the total dollar amount included in your payment plan. I use a company named PayThen to process your monthly payments. After we determine your best monthly payment schedule, you will be sent a link to enroll in your custom payment plan. Final payment is due no later than April 1, 2025.  Senior images will be released to you when your account is paid in full.   

Travel sessions are mostly applicable for my Classic Sessions that are outside of the Tri-Parish Area (Lafourche, Terrebonne and Assumption parishes). Travel fees are determined by the roundtrip driving distance of each location from my studio in Houma. Some popular locations: New Orleans - $200 (2hrs), Houmas House & Gardens - $200 (2+hrs), Baton Rouge - $300 (3hrs), Rip Van Winkle Gardens & Jungle Gardens $300 (3hrs), Lafayette - $400 (4hrs), St. Francisville - $400 (4+hrs). Deluxe sessions include travel of up to 200 miles round trip. If your destination is beyond that, additional travel fees may apply. 

In the event that you need to reschedule, please contact me right away so I can work on rebooking your session date and finding a new date for you. I ask that we only reschedule due to a major illness, family emergency or a school event that your senior must attend unexpectedly. Due to the high demand for senior bookings and limited openings, if you must cancel your session within 48 hours or less of your session, you may be charged a $150 cancellation fee and forfeit your retainer 

**IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SESSION BALANCES AND DUE DATES - Your session balance due date WILL NOT change if you choose to reschedule your booked session to a later date. The due date will remain the same and still be due 2 weeks before your original senior session date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your senior session and the loss of your retainer. 

During busy season, approximately 4-6 weeks after your ses­sion I will email your Online Gallery to you with your final images. 3-4 weeks in my slower months. 

If you chose to add on a senior print package or would like to purchase from my A La Carte menu, print orders are due within 2 weeks of your Online Gallery opening. 

If you chose to add on a senior print package or would like to purchase from my A La Carte menu, print orders are due within 2 weeks of your Online Gallery opening. Your custom designed products will typically be ready for pick up within 2-4 weeks after your order is placed and paid for. Album design can take up to 6 weeks. 

I archive your final images for up to one year after your session.
